After this, you will drive along the Caribbean Coast on a coastal road in order to discover amazing landscapes and stop at the famous Diamond Rock. The Slaves Savannah is situated at Trois Ilets village in South Martinique. It is a reproduction of the slaves village created by Gilbert Larose in order to pay homage to escaped slaves before their independence between 1850 and 1900. You will visit a little museum dedicated to the slaves' history in Martinique, with an exhibition of statues carved in "mahogany wood" illustrating the stages of their lives during this period. You will discover hut replicas in wood, with roofs made of sugar cane leaves where slaves lived. You will have an opportunity to learn about the lifestyle of the time. You will visit a traditional Creole garden, seeing fruits and vegetables farming, sweet potatoes, manioc, guava, and bananas. Your guide will show you the medicinal plants with their virtues as it was essential for the life and survival of the ancestors from Martinique living in camps. The tree to bar chocolate class at Howelton Estate features the use of St. Lucia's trinitario cocoa beans, which are treasured by renowned chocolatiers for their aromatic indulgencies on one's senses. The class will begin with the manual grinding of cocoa nibs which have been broken down from dried trinitario beans grown on the island. With the use of a mortar & pestle, class participants under the guidance of the house chocolatier, grind nibs until they transform into liquefied chocolate. The breakdown process can take up to 45 minutes adding in personal touches of desired flavors along the way, which makes each chocolate a unique signature bar. Throughout the class, information on the multiple benefits of the trintario chocolate is disseminated as dark chocolate is renowned for its fascinating health benefits. There is a 20-minute cooling down period to allow the liquefied chocolate to solidify after it has been put into its mold. The break will allow time for taking in the amazing views of the city, while enjoying a beverage from the Cellar Bar or browsing the duty free gift shop among other options. After the break, class will resume and the end result will be a beautiful 1.8 ounce (50 grams) dark chocolate bar that is foil wrapped and can be taken home as perhaps the most distinctive souvenir of St. Lucia. After a safety briefing you will be on your way along 4,000 feet of cables suspended between platforms. There are also two net bridges that provide access between platforms. The fully integrated system of cables and rigging is carefully designed to deliver a thrill all under safe conditions. Although this ride does not demand physical ability, the adrenaline rush is one you'll long remember. Please note : You should wear tops with sleeves and avoid very brief shorts. You will climb aboard an adventure power boat and set off towards one of the island's snorkel sites. See tiny shellfish in their natural habitat and watch the schools of fish dart playfully around you. After a while in the water you will return to your boat where the Captain's famous rum punch will be served. Enjoy the scenery as you sip on your beverage and your boat takes you back to the pier and your waiting yacht. Please note : Wear your swimsuit under your clothing and bring a towel. You may stay on board and enjoy the atmosphere if you choose not to snorkel.

Along the way, you will sail past Palm Island, a private island is a resort named after the hundreds of coconut palms planted by the original owner over 30 years ago. Continuing on, you will head for Mopion - an islet resembling an atoll in the South Pacific surrounded by a reef lagoon. Upon arrival to Mopion, your mind will be set back decades, as this perfect setting is the antidote for the stresses of everyday life. The crystal-clear waters and white sand are breathtaking - life does not get more ideal than this! On your return, you can enjoy the Captain's special rum punch . But watch out as it has a kick! Please note: Remember your sunblock and beach towels. You may bring along your own snorkel gear from the yacht and you will be taken ashore by small boat as it is illegal to anchor on the reef.

This 2-tank dive will visit both Boss Reef and Purple Rain Reef . Each dive will be about 45-50 minute s, with a surface interval between dives of approximately one hour. Please note : Divers who have not logged a dive in the past 12 months will be required to take a refresher course which can be taken at an additional cost of $80. Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a towel. Waiver release forms must be signed and medical conditions must be disclosed. Please bring your C-card.

You will be collected from the jetty next to your yacht's dock. Climb aboard the twin engine powerboat and enjoy a fun adventure. After a short safety briefing you will head north along Grenada's sheltered western coast. During your tour you will learn about the Spice Isle and also information on the ecology, wildlife, geography and local history of Grenada. The boat will stop for approximately 40 minutes so snorkelers can explore with a guide the world-famous underwater sculpture park of Grenada now listed as one of the Top 25 Wonders of the World by National Geographic . Non-snorkelers are free to stay on board with your captain. After the snorkel enjoy a local juice before zooming off for another hour of fun, exploring, and great photo opportunities. Your tour will visit the historic town of St. Georges where you cruise the protected inner harbor of one of the prettiest towns in the Caribbean, before one last blast back to the dock to disembark. Please note : Wear a swimsuit; bring a towel and adequate sun protection. A liability waiver is required. Itinerary and snorkel site are subject to change due to sea and weather conditions. The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women. Snorkelers should be able to swim. Maximum weight 275 lbs.

Your journey will begin at the pier where you'll board your air-conditioned coach and enjoy a scenic drive through the capital of St. George's en route to De La Grenade Industries, where you can sample delicious products, such as jams, jellies and nutmeg syrup. Their prize-winning nutmeg liqueur and rum punch are not to be missed. Next head to Laura Herb and Spice Garden, an amazing botanical garden that grows herbs and spices used for medicinal remedies. Tour the grounds and discover the cornucopia of trees, herbs and spices grown here. The guide will accompany you along the garden path lined with nutmeg shells for an educational tour. You'll have time afterwards to explore the gift shop just before continuing on to Grenada Distillers. You will be welcomed at Grenada Distillers by friendly and knowledgeable guides who will explain the history and all the different processes and stages of making their fine rum from a factory that has been in operation since 1937. After the tour, you will be invited to sample their award-winning rums at the sample bar. From the Grenada Distillers you will drive back to the port. Please note: Wear comfortable walking shoes.

The Tower Estate is a unique property that is known as the Downton Abbey of Grenada. This estate has been the home of the Slinger Family since the mid 1940's and is a beautiful 107-year-old historic Victorian-style great house that sits atop a small peak in the Parish of St. George. It boasts a 1-1/2-acre lush tropical ornamental flower garden, surrounded by flowering trees, shrubs, vegetables, fruit trees and the island's world-famous array of spices. The magnificent stone and wood building features mahogany ceilings, hand-crafted paneled walls, furnished with period antiques, reminiscent of yesteryear and adorned with a unique collection of maps and prints that hold the keys to rich, historical stories of Grenada. Your tour will include a tour of the garden and the house where you will enjoy light snacks that will include Grenada's famous chocolate and incredible blue tea. Your sightseeing adventure begins with a scenic drive through St. George's, the capital of Grenada, as you make your way to Fort Frederick. This 18th-century fortress, perched atop Richmond Hill, offers stunning panoramic views of St. George's harbor. Built originally by the French in 1779 and completed by the British in 1791, during the French Revolution, Fort Frederick is a striking stone quadrangle with bastions at each corner. Next, visit Annandale Waterfall, where a short yet steep walk leads you into a lush green paradise. The waterfall, framed by hanging ferns and a variety of local flowering and medicinal plants, is a true natural gem. Your final stop is Grand Etang National Park, where you'll enjoy a complimentary beverage while taking in the breathtaking views of the lake nestled in the crater of an extinct volcano. The park's stunning scenery offers an opportunity to witness the rich biodiversity of the rainforest, and with a bit of luck, you might even spot the Mona Monkey, which has made this area its home. Please note that the Fort Frederick visit is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, as it is not wheelchair accessible. The tour sequence may vary, and one complimentary drink per person is included. It is recommended that guests bring a bottle of water from the ship.

The Balthazar River nestled in an exotic tropical rainforest is fed from sources deep in the island's interior. Here is your opportunity to have a thrilling river tubing experience on what is known locally as the "Great River." You will take a 45-minute journey from St. George's through the scenic hilly interior of the Grand Etang Rainforest Reserve to the Balthazar Estate. Your arrival will be followed by a safety briefing before you'll be equipped with a life vest, modified inner tube, and a paddle. You will be accompanied by guides as you gently spin and swirl in the river currents . Marvel at the exotic views of tropical vegetation and wildlife as your thrilling river ride progresses. Several pools along the way provide the perfect opportunity to catch your breath. Finally sample a much-deserved rum punch or local fruit juice. All too soon, it's time to return to the ship. Please note : River levels vary according to the amount of rainfall and may affect operation of the tour. Wear your swimsuit and bring along a towel and water shoes. Travel along Grenada's picturesque coastline aboard a spacious, 65-foot catamaran sloop designed and built specifically for day charters cruises. Step aboard and you'll embark on a journey that will showcase the picturesque island and all the beauty of Grenada's west coast with stops at the underwater sculpture park and Mango Bay. From St. George's harbor, you will sail north along Grenada's west coast to stop and discover the underwater sculpture park of Grenada in their Marine Protected Area. These statues are sympathetically located to enhance the reef, making natural use of its varied topography of craggy gullies and sun-dappled sandy patches. Then you will sail to Mango Bay Beach for a second stop before a one hour sailing back to the cruise terminal. Please note : Unlimited beverages are provided throughout, including rum punch, juices, and mineral water. Half of the boat has shade. You must walk in ankle-deep water to (dis)embark the boat. Wear aqua shoes and your swimsuit under your clothing, bring a towel, sunscreen, and a hat. Mask, snorkel, and snorkel vest are provided (No fins). Rum punch will be served only after the snorkeling.

Have you ever wondered what the underwater would look like but you can't snorkel or SCUBA dive? Well now you can, with Grenada's newest underwater adventure. You will discover what the underwater looks like in a "sit on top" double clear bottom kayak. The journey takes 15 minutes from the port to your starting point at Grand Mal Bay , next to the newly refurbish building formerly known as Sunset View Restaurant , on the West Coast. There you will board your kayak and begin your fantastic journey over the Grand Mal coral reefs, down to Cherry Hill, turn around and move on to Mollinere Bay where you will view the popular divers' reefs, and experience the wonders of the underwater world. After 1 1/4 hours you will return to the Kayak house where you will recover from the wonders of the underwater world, with a swim in the calm bay, and a complimentary drink at the bar (rum punch, local beer, local fruit juice, soft drink or water) before you will be returned to the pier. Please note : Bring your swimsuit and towel, sunscreen and a hat and/or sunglasses. Guests will be required to sign a waiver to participate on this tour. Minimum age is 8 years old and maximum weight is 250 lbs.
