Depart from Portoferraio pier for a scenic drive that will take you to the Island Highlands on the west side. The drive cuts through the center of the island continuing along the coast to reach the upscale resort town of Marciana Marina and then into the hills to reach the cable car station. Meanwhile, enjoy the beautiful scenery down to the coastline and the surrounding hilltop villages. During the drive you'll learn about the history of the island, the culture and the local nature. Upon arrival at the station, you will have a brief safety briefing and then board your basket (2 people per basket) for the top.
